Life coaching is a convenient, efficient and truly empowering support system for moving forward in your life. Today's technology allows me to work with people, one-on-one or in groups, from anywhere in the world. I have worked with clients for over 20 years from across the globe. I also work locally with people in-person ~ facilitating retreats, nature based eco-therapy, somatic ecstatic dance events, various group coaching workshops, as well as Solstice/Equinox gatherings.
